Rental of a modular building for temporary relocation, with infrastructure and structural works

Summary

The tender covers two lots: structural works and the rental and installation of modular buildings. The modular building will temporarily accommodate Fabrique Citoyenne and the municipal post office of Floirac until the new communal facility is completed, currently planned for 2032. Maintenance and legally required periodic inspections of the modular buildings are also indicated for the modular-building lot. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 12:00; bids will be opened on the same day at 14:00. Bidders may submit for and be awarded up to two lots, and each bid must be handled separately.
