Summary

The tender concerns the acquisition and maintenance of black-and-white and colour multifunction printing systems, including consumables, for 2026–2030. It is divided into three lots: takeover and extension of maintenance for existing SHARP copiers; maintenance of EP multifunction devices; and acquisition and maintenance of printing systems and existing PAPERCUT licences, including additional licences. Each lot has a planned duration of 48 months. The maximum amounts for Lots 1–3 are EUR 60,000, EUR 40,000 and EUR 470,000 respectively. Bidders may tender for up to three lots and may be awarded all three. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 40% and technical quality for 60% of the evaluation.
