Clearance and cleaning services for soiled, unsanitary and/or hazardous buildings and associated areas – Toulouse Métropole and the City of Toulouse

Summary

The tender concerns cleaning, restoration, and, where necessary, clearance and disinfection services for buildings and associated indoor or outdoor areas in the Toulouse Métropole and City of Toulouse area. It is divided into three lots: clearance and cleaning of soiled locations; clearance and cleaning of unsanitary or hazardous locations; and interventions carried out by administrative order in privately owned housing. This is a framework agreement performed through purchase orders, with a maximum duration of four years. Bidders must demonstrate suitable equipment, workforce and management resources, turnover, occupational risk training, and relevant previous experience. The tender submission deadline is 25 September 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are technical value, weighted at 40% for Lot 1 and 45% for Lots 2 and 3, environmental performance at 10%, and price at 50% or 45% respectively.
