Repair and installation of new safety barrier sections on the departmental road network of Oise

Summary

The tender covers the repair of existing metal, wood-metal composite and concrete safety barriers on the Oise departmental road network, together with the installation of new barriers, related restraint equipment, concrete separators and fixed height-restriction gantries. The framework agreement will be concluded with a single contractor and performed through orders over 48 months; there is no minimum volume and the maximum value is EUR 5,400,000 excluding VAT. The initial period is 12 months and the agreement may be extended three times for 12 months. The bidder must be able to perform planned and emergency works, including mobilising anywhere in the department within 12 hours, and must manage temporary traffic control, quality assurance, waste handling and occupational safety. Tenders will be evaluated on price (50 points), technical value (40 points) and environmental actions (10 points). The tender must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 17:00.
