Departmental property maintenance and major repair works 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers maintenance and major repair works for the Indre-et-Loire departmental buildings, including 54 colleges, under a framework agreement. It is divided into 8 lots: suspended ceilings, painting, wooden joinery, high- and low-voltage electrical works, general construction and roads or external works, masonry for historic buildings, and floor-covering works in the eastern and western sectors. Tenders may be submitted for up to 8 lots and, as a general rule, up to 7 lots may be awarded to one bidder; for lots 7 and 8, the same bidder may be awarded only one lot. The contracts start on 1 January 2027, run initially for 12 months and may be renewed up to three times for one year each. The award criteria are technical value at 50%, the social, environmental and economic approach at 10%, and price at 40%. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 16:00.
