Purchase of school furniture

Summary

The tender covers the purchase, assembly and, where required, installation of school furniture for nursery and primary schools, leisure centres and school restaurants within the Grand Reims urban community and, occasionally, at the City of Reims leisure centre on the island of Ré. It is a single-supplier framework agreement operated through purchase orders for 48 months from notification, no earlier than 26 January 2027. The maximum total value is EUR 1,400,000 excluding VAT, with no minimum commitment. The tender must be submitted electronically in French by 12 October 2026 at 17:00. The bidder must also deliver the required furniture samples by the same deadline. Tenders will be evaluated on technical quality (40 points), price (50 points) and environmental performance (10 points).
