The tender concerns asphalt works for maintaining the communal roads and associated areas of Neuilly-sur-Seine. The works include the supply and installation of black, red, light-coloured and other coloured hot-cast asphalt on pavements, vehicle crossings, gutters, carriageways, around schools and municipal buildings, in squares, parks and sports areas. The contract also covers careful cutting and demolition of asphalt and concrete surfaces, concrete works, waste removal and urgent call-outs. This is a single-supplier framework agreement performed through orders. The annual minimum value is EUR 60,000 and the annual maximum value is EUR 320,000, excluding VAT. The tenderer must demonstrate appropriate economic, technical and professional capacity, describe its workforce, equipment, working methods, quality controls and environmental measures, and provide references for similar works carried out during the last five years. The evaluation awards 30 points for technical value and 10 points for environmental value. Important performance conditions include a normal intervention period of no more than 7 calendar days, emergency work within less than 48 hours, at least 30 insertion hours per year and appropriate liability insurance.
