Transport service for waste from SIAVED waste collection centres

Summary

The procurement covers the transport of containers holding different waste streams from SIAVED waste collection centres to designated treatment sites, the handling and transport of battery containers, and the rental of containers for Lots 4 and 5. The waste streams include, among others, wood, cardboard, green waste, bulky waste, scrap metal and batteries, construction waste and plaster. The contract is divided into five geographical lots and generally runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2032; the Pays de Mormal facilities in Lot 5 start on 1 May 2028. The bidder must demonstrate financial, technical and professional capacity and provide references for similar services performed during the last three years, workforce and equipment information, road transport capacity and liability insurance evidence. The tender must include a detailed technical submission covering personnel, vehicles, containers, order management, service continuity and reporting. An incomplete technical submission may automatically be treated as non-compliant. Tenders must be submitted electronically in French; according to the tender document, the submission deadline is 27 August 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria allocate 40 points to the financial offer, 30 points to organisation, 20 points to resources and 10 points to environmental impact.
