Civil engineering works for traffic lights and automatic retractable bollards – 2 lots: western and eastern municipalities

Summary

The contract covers civil engineering works for traffic-light installations and automatic retractable bollards, together with the supply of the materials required for the works, across the territory of the Lyon metropolitan area. The procurement is divided into two geographical lots: western and eastern municipalities. Both lots are single-supplier framework agreements implemented through purchase orders for an initial period of 2 years, with the possibility of one further 2-year extension. For each lot, the minimum value during the initial period is EUR 500,000 and the maximum value is EUR 2,800,000 excluding VAT; the same amounts apply during the extension period. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 17:00. Variants are not permitted, and social, employment and environmental conditions apply.
