Maintenance of economic activity zones (ZAE) and the surroundings of structures

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance services for economic activity zones and the surroundings of structures in France. It is divided into four 48-month lots: maintenance of green areas, flat surfaces, roundabouts and trees, together with roadside weed and moss removal; maintenance of stormwater basins and discharge outlets; vegetation clearance near structures; and maintenance of the surroundings of two economic activity zones. The estimated total value is EUR 632,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are technical value at 50%, price at 40% and sustainability performance at 10%. Sustainability is assessed, among other things, through the origin of materials and circular economy measures, environmental protection, reduction of noise and odour nuisance, waste management, and the use of local plant species for planting works.
