Training for Cned staff

Summary

The tender covers training services for approximately 1,010 Cned employees across 19 lots, including occupational safety, management, human resources, mental-health first aid, digital skills, quality, legal matters, customer communication and competition-exam preparation. Bidders may tender for one, several or all lots. It is a single-provider framework agreement with an initial term of one year and three possible one-year renewals.
