Securing, strengthening and revitalising the Rhôny levees in Vergèze and Codognan

Summary

The procurement covers reconstruction of the Rhôny levees in Vergèze and Codognan, revitalisation of the river with a possible change to its channel, construction of two bridges or other river-crossing structures, diversion of dry and wet utility networks, and ecological measures required by the environmental permit in the municipalities of Vergèze, Codognan and Aigues-Vives. The procurement is divided into three lots: the levee system and river revitalisation, estimated at EUR 11,600,000 with an expected duration of 40 months; construction of two river-crossing structures, estimated at EUR 1,100,000 with a duration of 30 months; and diversion of affected water and sewerage networks, estimated at EUR 2,100,000 with a duration of 26 months. The deadline for submitting tenders is 12 October 2026 at 12:00. The estimated total value of all lots is EUR 14,800,000. Performance must include an economic inclusion requirement for Lot 1 and environmental conditions for all three lots.
