Provision of insurance services

Summary

The tender concerns insurance services for the Syndicat des Eaux du Bassin de l’Ardèche and is divided into six separate lots: property damage, general liability, legal protection and criminal defence for officials and employees, motor fleet and business-use vehicles, personal accident cover and assistance, and directors’ liability. A tenderer may bid for one, several or all lots. The contract will run for 4 years, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The tender deadline is 16 October 2026 at 13:00, and tenders must be submitted electronically. All documents must be prepared in French, or accompanied by a certified French translation. Tenderers must demonstrate professional, economic and technical capacity, provide turnover figures for the last three years, a valid professional liability insurance certificate, and at least two significant references related to the subject of the relevant lot. Insurance intermediaries must additionally provide ORIAS registration, a mandate and evidence of financial security. Insurance companies must provide evidence of the necessary ACPR authorisations and an SCR solvency ratio compliant with Solvency II. Tenders will be evaluated on price (40 points), technical value (50 points), and environmental and social performance (10 points). Variants are not permitted. For lots 1 and 2, all required deductible levels must be priced, and for lot 4 the required additional service must be priced.
