Framework agreement for washing household and similar waste containers – re-tendering of lot 2

Summary

The tender concerns the washing of household and similar waste containers, with or without prior emptying or collection, throughout the territory of the Toulon Provence Mediterranean metropolitan area. It is a four-year framework agreement with an estimated total value of EUR 615,280 excluding VAT and a minimum and maximum value of EUR 200,000 and EUR 1,200,000 excluding VAT respectively. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16:00 on 15 October 2026. The evaluation awards 50 points for price, 40 points for technical quality and 10 points for environmental performance. Bidders must demonstrate their financial, technical and professional capacity, submit the required bid documents, and comply with the 520-hour social inclusion obligation and the environmental requirements.
