Maintenance and desilting services for stormwater retention basins in the Rouen Normandy metropolitan area

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance and desilting services for stormwater retention basins throughout the Rouen Normandy metropolitan area, mainly stormwater and road basins; exceptionally, river desilting and services for other metropolitan departments may also be ordered. It is a framework agreement lasting up to six years, with a minimum of EUR 100,000 and a maximum of EUR 600,000 excluding VAT for each period; the maximum total value for all periods is EUR 3,600,000 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 16:00. Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity and relevant experience from at least the last three years, submit an environmental memorandum and comply with the social and environmental contract-performance conditions. The award criteria are price at 50%, technical merit at 40% and environmental merit at 10%.
