Framework agreement for pest control, rodent control and disinfection of Cergy municipal buildings and public spaces

Summary

The tender covers pest control, rodent control and disinfection in Cergy's municipal buildings and outdoor areas under a single-supplier framework agreement. The services include, among other things, controlling rats, mice, cockroaches and other pests, and where necessary controlling nuisance birds and small mammals. The agreement runs initially for one year from 1 January 2027 or from the later date of notification, and may be renewed three times, for a total maximum duration of four years. There is no minimum order value; the annual maximum for the order-based part is EUR 100,000 excluding VAT and the annual maximum for the subsequent-contracts part is EUR 50,000 excluding VAT. The bidder must be able to respond to a standard request within 72 hours, to an urgent request within 24 hours, and deliver products within 8 working days. The tender must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. The evaluation weights technical quality at 75%, price at 15% and environmental performance at 10%.
