Construction of a multi-technical zone for the maintenance and servicing of vehicles, machinery and small equipment of the Civil Security Training and Intervention Regiment No. 1

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a 2,937 m², two-storey multi-technical zone in Nogent-le-Rotrou to replace an ageing technical area and provide maintenance facilities for a civil-security unit’s vehicles, machinery and small equipment. The building will include 557 m² of office space and 2,380 m² of technical premises. The procurement is divided into 8 lots: structural works; building envelope including structure, roofing, waterproofing and metal cladding; external joinery, ironwork and sectional doors; internal joinery, plastering and suspended ceilings; floor coverings, painting and finishes; lift; heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical works; and roads, utilities and landscaping.
