Meal voucher administration services

Summary

The tender concerns meal voucher administration services for employees of the City of Cannes and the city’s communal social action centre. It is a framework agreement performed through purchase orders and unit prices. The estimated volume for the City of Cannes is EUR 2,500,000–4,300,000 excluding VAT, and for the social action centre EUR 150,000–450,000 excluding VAT for each contract period; these amounts include the face value of the vouchers and the service fee. The contract starts on 3 January 2027, lasts 12 months and may be renewed up to three times under the conditions of the tender documents.
