The tender covers support, qualification and training services for beneficiaries of Valenciennes Métropole's PLIE programme under a framework agreement for 2027–2030. It is divided into 10 lots: skills assessment with at least two 70-hour company placements, professional-project development with company placements, security officer training, early-childhood education and care qualifications, an early-childhood educational support qualification, CACES forklift training, CE-category and tank ADR training, ambulance assistant training, preparation for social-sector occupations, and AFGSU 2 emergency-care training.
