Maintenance of technical equipment in multi-site buildings of the Loire Layon Aubance Community of Communes

Summary

The tender covers preventive and corrective maintenance of technical equipment in buildings at multiple locations of the Loire Layon Aubance Community of Communes, together with management and monitoring of maintenance services, access to computerised maintenance management software, annual reports and participation in annual contract monitoring meetings. The procurement is divided into 8 lots and concerns a framework agreement for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030; each lot provides for two renewals. The maximum amounts excluding VAT are EUR 80,000, 60,000, 60,000, 20,000, 20,000, 40,000, 20,000 and 60,000 respectively. The award criteria are price at 40%, technical value at 55% and sustainable development at 5%; the sustainability assessment includes the environmental impact of logistics and travel and the traceability, sorting and recovery of maintenance waste. Tenders must be submitted electronically and signed electronically; variants are not permitted and electronic invoicing is required.
