2026PF03 – Insurance services for the Pays rethélois Community of Municipalities

Summary

The tender concerns the subscription of insurance contracts for the Pays rethélois Community of Municipalities. It is divided into six lots: property damage, liability, motor vehicles, legal protection, functional protection for agents and elected officials, and statutory benefits insurance. Bidders may apply for one or more lots and may be awarded several lots. Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. The contracts will run for four years from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. Lot 2 includes a mandatory optional additional service concerning environmental damage, which must be offered together with the basic service. Offers are assessed using weighted technical, price, technical assistance and corporate social responsibility criteria, depending on the lot.
