Removal, recovery and implementation monitoring of CEDLM bottom ash

Summary

The tender concerns a single-operator framework agreement for collecting and transporting bottom ash from the Limoges Métropole waste-to-energy plant (CEDLM) to the contractor’s maturation and processing facility, recovering it as alternative material and monitoring its use. If recovery is not possible, the contractor must transport and treat the bottom ash at an authorised non-hazardous or hazardous waste facility. The framework agreement has an initial two-year term from 1 January 2027 and may be renewed twice for one year, for a maximum duration of four years. There is no minimum value; the maximum values are EUR 2,500,000 excluding VAT for the initial period and EUR 1,250,000 excluding VAT for each renewal period. Offers must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation weights are technical quality 50%, environmental quality 10% and price 40%.
