Supply of educational, learning and sensory materials for the schools, after-school facilities, leisure centres and nurseries of the City of Cannes

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of creative, educational and sensory materials for Cannes municipal primary schools, leisure centres, cultural services and nurseries. It is divided into two lots: creative materials, and educational, learning, motor-skills, construction and other toys. Each lot is a framework agreement implemented through purchase orders, with a minimum annual amount of EUR 40,000 excluding VAT and a maximum annual amount of EUR 90,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is 12 months from 23 February 2027, with up to three renewals. Bids must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. A tenderer may submit and be awarded a maximum of two lots. Variants are not permitted. Evaluation is based on price (70%), technical value (25%) and the range of reused or recycled-material products (5%).
