Collection, sorting and conditioning of materials from separate collection (multi-materials, glass and cardboard)

Summary

The contract covers waste-management services divided into four lots: collection of multi-materials, glass and cardboard; reception, sorting, conditioning, storage and dispatch of multi-materials; reception, pre-storage, loading and removal of glass; and reception, sorting, conditioning, storage and dispatch of cardboard. Each lot is planned for 12 months, with possible extensions as specified for the individual lot. Up to four lots may be submitted for and awarded. Variants are not allowed, electronic submission is required and the tender must remain valid for 90 days. Price and technical value are assessed at 60/40 points for lots 1 and 2, and 65/35 points for lots 3 and 4. Lots 1 and 2 include a social-insertion clause. The submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 12:00.
