Maintenance and servicing of fire safety and security equipment at the Amédée Saint Germain buildings in Bordeaux and Mérignac

Summary

The procurement covers preventive and corrective maintenance and servicing of fire safety and security equipment at the Amédée Saint Germain buildings in Bordeaux and Mérignac. It is a single-supplier framework agreement divided into three lots: fire safety systems; security, access control, intrusion and video surveillance systems; and the hypervision system. Bidders may submit offers for all lots. The framework agreement has a maximum duration of four years, with maximum values of EUR 120,000 for lot 1 and EUR 80,000 each for lots 2 and 3, excluding VAT. Offers must be submitted electronically by 18 September 2026 at 11:30. A site visit to the Amédée Saint Germain site is mandatory. Offers are assessed on price (40%), technical quality (50%) and sustainable development performance (10%).
