Maintenance of sewerage and stormwater networks and structures: cleaning and CCTV inspection (ITV)

Summary

The tender covers preventive and corrective maintenance of sewerage and stormwater networks and related structures in the Loire Forez area, including cleaning and CCTV inspection. The six lots cover combined, wastewater and stormwater networks in the northern and southern sectors, as well as the cleaning of pumping stations and special structures, including difficult-access facilities. The framework agreement is expected to start on 4 January 2027 and has a maximum duration of 4 years, including three one-year extensions. The submission deadline is 8 October 2026 at 12:00. A bidder may submit a tender for up to 6 lots, but may be awarded a maximum of 2 lots; variants and multiple tenders for the same lot are not allowed. The award criteria are price at 65%, technical value at 30% and sustainable development at 5%. The annual minimum and maximum amounts are EUR 50,000 and EUR 295,000 for lots 1–2, EUR 10,000 and EUR 80,000 for lots 3–4, and EUR 10,000 and EUR 90,000 for lots 5–6, all excluding VAT.
