Cleaning and associated hospitality services for the Nancy Psychotherapeutic Centre

The tender concerns cleaning services for 102 units covering a total of 62,014.90 m² at the Nancy Psychotherapeutic Centre, together with associated hospitality and meal-support services. The scope includes regular cleaning of premises and surfaces, annual cleaning of 13,287 m² of glazing, waste handling, snow clearance, meal preparation assistance, dishwashing, cleaning-textile processing and on-demand additional work. The procurement is a single-supplier framework agreement performed through orders. The contract period runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 and may be tacitly renewed once for the period from 1 January 2029 to 31 December 2030. No tender guarantee is required. Limited variants are permitted, and two possible additional services must be priced: supply of hygiene products and centralised waste collection at Laxou.
