Maintenance of medical fluid networks and production equipment

Summary

The tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance of the medical fluid networks and production equipment used by GCS HACOM member establishments. It is a single-supplier framework agreement under which orders will be issued according to actual needs. The procurement has two lots, and a tender may be submitted for one or both lots: - Lot 1: the Eure and Seine-Maritime departments; maximum total value for the full contract period including extensions: EUR 1,300,000 excluding VAT. - Lot 2: the Calvados, Manche and Orne departments; maximum total value: EUR 900,000 excluding VAT. There is no minimum order value. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, or on the later notification date, runs initially for one year and may be extended three times until 31 December 2030. Preventive maintenance includes labour, specialist tools, travel costs, cleaning and all necessary spare parts. Corrective maintenance includes emergency repairs and spare parts costing up to EUR 200 excluding VAT; more expensive spare parts require a prior detailed quotation, written approval and a written purchase order. The bidder must complete a mandatory site visit for the facilities covered by each selected lot and attach the signed site-visit certificate. The tender must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 50% of the evaluation, technical quality for 40% and environmental value for 10%.
