Supply of fresh bread and pastries for Belle-Ile-en-Mer Hospital and the Morbihan Mental Health Establishment

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of fresh bread and pastries to Belle-Ile-en-Mer Hospital and units of the Morbihan Mental Health Establishment. It is divided into five lots, and bidders may submit for one, several or all lots. Lots 1 and 2 are multi-supplier framework agreement lots, while lots 3 to 5 are single-supplier framework agreement lots. For each lot, the bidder must submit a complete tender consisting of the application documents, a commitment form in PDF format, a fully completed financial response form with the unit-price schedule and estimated quantities, and a bread and croissant manufacturing process sheet in French. The bidder must be able to supply all products in the selected lot throughout the contract period, and the original data in the price schedule may not be changed without the contracting authority's approval. Samples are mandatory. Samples for lot 1 must be delivered by 9 October 2026 at 09:00, and samples for lots 2 to 5 by 3 November 2026 at 09:00. The deadline for electronic tender submission is 3 November 2026 at 12:00. Electronic signature is not required when submitting the tender. Tenders will be evaluated on technical quality at 60 points, price at 30 points and environmental approach quality at 10 points. The contract is expected to start on 1 January 2027, initially run until 31 December 2027, and may be extended by up to three 12-month periods, for a maximum total duration of 48 months.
