Summary

The tender concerns maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of public areas in Saint-Nom-la-Bretèche and Chavenay. The services include mechanical sweeping and blowing of roads, pavements, gutters, squares, car parks and other public areas, pressure washing, leaf collection, market square cleaning, emptying litter bins, and removing and treating waste. Unit-price services may additionally include graffiti removal, cleaning after exceptional events and further washing. The contract is initially for 12 months and may be renewed up to three times, for a maximum total duration of four years. The annual ceiling for on-demand additional services is EUR 25,000 excluding VAT. The bidder must submit a compliant tender and the required application documents; the tender must remain valid for 120 days from the tender submission deadline.
