Summary

The tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety and smoke extraction systems in the buildings of Université Savoie Mont Blanc. It is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers the Presidency building, the accounting agency building and the Jacob-Bellecombette campus, with an estimated value of EUR 47,000; Lot 2 covers the Bourget-du-Lac campus, valued at EUR 84,000; and Lot 3 covers the Annecy-le-Vieux campus, valued at EUR 69,000. A framework agreement will be concluded for 12 months from 1 January 2027 for each lot and may be renewed three times for 12 months, up to 31 December 2030. Tenderers must complete a mandatory site visit, submit their tender electronically and sign it electronically, and hold an AP-MIS security clearance certificate or an equivalent document.
