Framework agreement for legal training services for staff of the central administration and decentralised services of the Secretariat-General of the Ministry of Justice

Summary

The tender concerns the design, organisation and delivery of legal training for staff of the French Ministry of Justice’s central administration and decentralised services. Training must be available both in person and remotely. Topics include legislative drafting, criminal law and criminal procedure, competition disputes, administrative litigation, public and administrative law, public servants’ rights and obligations, and legislative procedure. Trainers must have at least 5 years of training experience and relevant legal expertise.
