Provision of insurance services

Summary

The tender concerns the conclusion and management of insurance contracts for the Grenoble social welfare centre. It is divided into five lots: property damage, general civil liability, legal protection and criminal defence for employees and elected officials, motor vehicle fleet, and statutory rights. Tenderers may bid for one, several or all lots. Lot 5 is planned to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028; the other lots are planned to run from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. Participation is limited to insurance companies and persons authorised to conduct insurance operations. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for six months. Electronic invoicing is required.
