Maintenance of lighting for sports facilities, circulation routes and associated equipment at territorial sports facilities and lighting of territorial waste-recycling centres for 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers maintenance of lighting at sports facilities, circulation routes and associated equipment, as well as lighting at territorial waste-recycling centres, for 2027–2030. It is a single-operator framework agreement combining fixed-price preventive maintenance with call-off corrective maintenance and repairs. The overall maximum value is EUR 1,980,000 excluding VAT. The services include maintenance, testing and repair of luminaires, floodlights, masts, electrical cabinets, emergency lighting, control systems, high- and low-voltage equipment and generators. The contractor must provide a 24/7, seven-days-a-week emergency service and respond to an urgent call within one hour. Social and environmental contract performance conditions apply. Bidders must visit all sites listed in the procurement documents before submitting an offer and attach the visit certificate. Offers must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on technical quality (50 points), price (40 points) and sustainable-development performance (10 points).
