Supply and installation of an exhaust gas extraction system in the garage workshop of Security, Maintenance and Services

Summary

The tender concerns replacing the obsolete exhaust gas extraction system in the garage workshop of the Security, Maintenance and Services unit in Charenton-le-Pont. The works include tender-stage system design, supply and installation of the equipment and ductwork, electrical controls, commissioning, measurements, the first regulatory inspection and waste management. The system must serve seven workstations: six spring-rewind hose reels and one fixed extraction point. It must provide 400 m³/h per 100 mm outlet, 2,000 m³/h in total, simultaneous extraction at five of seven workstations and a noise level below 75 dB at the workstations. The expected execution period is 3 months, including 1 month of preparation; the maximum contract budget is EUR 58,300 excluding VAT and any bid above this amount will be unacceptable. The tenderer must submit the financial price breakdown, technical memorandum and work schedule and must account for working in an operating garage, safety measures, waste sorting and waste documentation.
