Preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment in collective catering facilities

Summary

The tender covers preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment for the town of Pontault-Combault and its municipal social action centre, serving schools, nurseries, event venues and the Georges Brassens autonomous residence. The services include annual preventive maintenance at each site, breakdown repairs, spare parts and, where necessary, replacement equipment. A single-operator framework agreement without lots will run initially for one year and may be renewed three times for one year each, with a maximum duration of four years. For urgent failures, the contractor must arrive on site within 4 hours and propose in its offer a repair deadline below 72 working hours.
