Maintenance of public lighting networks

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance of public lighting networks in the Vosges department, divided into 17 geographical lots, for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030 or from the later notification date. It is a framework agreement with a total maximum value of EUR 5,585,000 excluding VAT over four years. A bidder may tender for several lots, but no more than 10 lots may be awarded to the same bidder. Participation requires proof of economic, technical and professional capacity, a list of previous services, technical resources, workforce information, and evidence of electrical-work and safety qualifications. The tender must include a lot-specific technical memorandum, pricing schedules and all required application documents. Tenders must be submitted electronically in French by 16 October 2026 at 11:00. Technical quality and price each account for 50 points in the evaluation.
