Framework agreement for fuel supply to the City of Fourmies

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of fuel to the City of Fourmies under a three-lot framework agreement. The framework agreement starts on 1 January 2027, initially runs until 31 December 2027, and may be tacitly renewed twice, for a maximum total duration of three years. Its maximum total value is EUR 219,000 excluding VAT. - Lot 1: diesel and unleaded petrol 95 and 98 at service stations using fuel cards; annual minimum EUR 30,000 and maximum EUR 55,000 excluding VAT. The cards must be delivered within eight days after notification of the framework agreement. The supplier must have at least one service station within 10 km of the Fourmies Municipal Technical Centre and a nationwide service-station network. - Lot 2: extreme-cold fuel oil, SP95 and SP98 for lawnmowers and other machinery at the Léo Lagrange stadium; annual minimum EUR 500 and maximum EUR 5,000 excluding VAT. - Lot 3: non-road diesel fuel, or GNR, and where applicable BIO 100 or an equivalent biofuel; annual minimum EUR 10,000 and maximum EUR 13,000 excluding VAT. The tender must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 5 October 2026. For Lot 1, the award criteria are price at 30%, technical value at 30% and environmental criteria at 40%. For Lots 2 and 3, the criteria are price at 60%, technical value at 15%, delivery time at 15% and environmental performance at 10%.
