Operation of four community recycling centres

Summary

The tender covers the operation of four recycling centres divided into four lots. The services include operating the lower and upper loading platforms, providing technical assistance at the Theizé recycling centre, and receiving, sorting, processing and recovering waste streams consisting of scrap metal, B-grade wood, hazardous waste outside the extended producer responsibility system and used cooking oils. The services will be provided at the recycling centres in Anse, Chazay-d'Azergues, Val d'Oingt and Theizé. Bidders may submit for and be awarded up to four lots, with a separate contract for each lot. The services are scheduled to start on 1 February 2027 and the planned contract period runs until 31 March 2031. The submission deadline is 16 October 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 45% of the evaluation, quality for 35%, environmental performance for 15%, and employment-integration performance for disadvantaged groups for 5%.
