Supplementary health and disability insurance for Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises employees

Summary

The tender concerns the arrangement of mandatory supplementary health insurance for approximately 160 Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises employees and their eligible dependants, together with mandatory death, disability and incapacity insurance for employees. It is divided into two lots: healthcare expenses and disability and death protection. A bidder may submit an offer for one or both lots, and one provider will be selected for each lot. The contract is planned to take effect on 1 January 2027, run for two years and be renewable twice for one year. The tender must be submitted electronically by 5 October 2026 at 17:00. Bidders must submit the required financial schedules and technical offer and describe the guarantees, pricing, customer service, IT solution, healthcare network and transition to the new insurance arrangements.
