Maintenance and repair of doors, gates, barriers, metal shutters and other motorised equipment in the municipal buildings of Neuilly-sur-Seine – Lot 1: all sites except the municipal garage

The tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, advice and safety services for doors, gates, barriers, metal shutters and other motorised equipment in the municipal buildings of Neuilly-sur-Seine, excluding the municipal garage. It is a mixed service contract with a fixed-price part and call-off work, for an initial 12-month period with up to three 12-month renewals. The annual maximum for call-off services is EUR 100,000 excluding VAT, with no minimum amount. The contract may be awarded to one supplier and is performed under an open procedure. Offers must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 16:00. The price criterion carries 55 points, technical value 40 points and environmental performance 5 points. The supplier must provide preventive maintenance twice a year, emergency troubleshooting 365 days a year and 24 hours a day, with intervention within 2 hours on ordinary days and within 4 hours on weekends and public holidays. The offer must include the required technical response, pricing schedules and a signed site-visit certificate. The supplier must also meet the environmental and social clauses, including a minimum of 5% insertion hours per year for the fixed-price work. A two-year warranty applies, and reports, technical documentation and safety information must be submitted after the services.
