Summary

The tender concerns insurance services for GCSMS EHPAD Publics du Val-de-Marne and its member establishments. It is divided into six lots covering civil liability, legal protection, property damage, motor insurance and employee mission vehicle use, statutory staff risks, and cyber risks. The estimated total value is EUR 2,400,000. Contracts are planned for 48 months from 1 January 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by 7 October 2026 at 12:00. Up to six lots may be submitted for and awarded. For the property damage and motor insurance lots, the insurer must provide the coverage described in the technical specifications, including the stated limits, deductibles, claims handling and assistance conditions.
