The procurement covers the four-year rollout of separate food bio-waste collection in the Greater Albi area through voluntary drop-off points. It is divided into four lots: supply, delivery and installation of collection shelters; supply of kitchen caddies; distribution of caddies and resident awareness-raising; and washing and disinfection of bins and collection shelters. Up to four lots may be submitted for and awarded. The tender must be submitted electronically by 9 October 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on price, technical quality and environmental performance, with different weightings by lot. The framework agreement may have a maximum of one operator, and electronic invoicing is required.
