Supply of food trays and films for the needs of the Central Kitchen of the City of Morlaix

Summary

The City of Morlaix is seeking a single supplier under a framework agreement with purchase orders for food trays, bags and sealing films for its central kitchen. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers heat-sealable plastic trays for cold preparations and peelable films; Lot 2 covers heat-sealable trays and bags for hot liquid and semi-liquid preparations and peelable films. Bids may be submitted for either or both lots, with no limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to one bidder. The agreement runs initially for 12 months from 4 January 2027 or the date of notification, and may be tacitly renewed three times for 12 months, through 2030. The annual maximum is EUR 30,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 40,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. Delivery must take place in Morlaix within a maximum of 5 working days from the purchase order. The award criteria are price (50%), technical value (20%), ordering and delivery arrangements (10%), and environmental characteristics (20%).
