Preventive and corrective maintenance of ENAC automatic doors, gates and barriers

Summary

The tender covers preventive and corrective P2 and P3 maintenance of ENAC’s automatic pedestrian doors, gates and barriers, with full warranty coverage for parts and labour. It is divided into three lots, with a single-contractor framework agreement for each lot lasting 12 months and renewable three times for 12 months, for a maximum term of 48 months. Lot 1 covers Toulouse, Muret, Carcassonne, Montpellier and Biscarrosse, with a maximum call-off value of EUR 150,000 excluding VAT; lot 2 covers Saint-Yan and Grenoble, with a maximum of EUR 50,000; and lot 3 covers Melun, with a maximum of EUR 20,000. Preventive maintenance must be performed twice a year for P3 equipment and once a year for P2 equipment. The contractor must provide a free telephone intervention service operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and meet a maximum response time of four hours. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 5 October 2026 at 12:00. A mandatory site visit is required for every lot, and the resulting certificate must be included in the tender. Offers are assessed on technical value (45%), price (50%), and social and environmental responsibility (5%).
