Drinking water, wastewater and stormwater services

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for drinking-water, wastewater and stormwater services in the Thonon-Les-Bains area. The four lots cover gravity sewer and stormwater network operation, inspection of private sanitation installations, operation of wastewater and stormwater pumping stations, and inspection and operation of fire-water points. The estimated lot values are EUR 80,000, EUR 320,000, EUR 400,000 and EUR 240,000 respectively. The framework agreement may include up to four operators, but a tenderer may submit for and be awarded a maximum of one lot. The initial service period is from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028, with one possible two-year renewal, for a maximum total duration of four years. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 October 2026 at 12:00. Technical quality accounts for 60% and cost for 40% of the evaluation.
