Acquisition of personal protective equipment, workwear, footwear and accessories

Summary

The tender covers the supply and delivery of personal protective equipment, workwear, safety footwear and related accessories for the Commune of Saint-Germain-en-Laye. It is divided into three lots: personal protective equipment; workwear and high-visibility articles; and foot protection. Bidders may apply for one, several or all lots, with a separate submission required for each lot. The contract is a single-supplier framework agreement with call-off orders, with no minimum annual commitment and annual maximums of EUR 125,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1, EUR 100,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 55,000 for Lot 3. The initial term is 12 months from 1 January 2027, with up to three one-year renewals and a maximum total term of four years. Evaluation is based on price (45%), technical value (45%) and environmental and social approach (10%).
