Agreements for use of the port public domain – Saint-Tropez municipal marina – Lots 1–10

Summary

This is a procedure for granting ten temporary authorizations to use the public port domain at the Saint-Tropez municipal marina, rather than a public procurement contract. The lots cover boating and diving schools, boat rental, boat repair and maintenance, concierge and related services, diving and fishing equipment, nautical clothing, chandlery and marine accessories, and associated sales, storage and rental activities. A bidder may apply for a maximum of two lots, but may receive only one occupancy agreement. Agreements run from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2032 inclusive. Offers must be submitted electronically by 19 October 2026 at 12:00. A site visit is strongly recommended, and no tender guarantee is required. Evaluation is based on the technical quality of the offer (60%), environmental and sustainable-development actions (10%), and the economic value of the operating project (30%).
