Ecological engineering framework agreement in EPFNA’s area of intervention

Summary

The procurement concerns three framework agreements for ecological engineering services in the intervention area of the Établissement Public Foncier de Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The work includes studies on the biodiversity of intervention sites, biodiversity management, wetlands, and support for the Avoid–Reduce–Compensate sequence. The estimated total value is EUR 480,000, with maximum annual amounts of EUR 200,000 for Lot 1, EUR 200,000 for Lot 2 and EUR 80,000 for Lot 3. Offers must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. Up to three lots may be submitted for and awarded to one tenderer; variants and multiple offers are not permitted. Each lot is planned for 12 months from 11 January 2027 and may be expressly renewed up to three times for successive 12-month periods, with a maximum total duration of four years. Award criteria are technical and human resources (30%), proposed methodology (20%), measures to reduce environmental impact (10%) and price (40%).
