Analysis of urban wastewater and wastewater-treatment by-products – relaunch after cancellation on grounds of public interest

Summary

The tender concerns an initial framework agreement for laboratory analysis of urban wastewater and wastewater-treatment by-products. Samples are taken from sanitation systems by employees of the Gard Departmental Council. The estimated contract value is EUR 75,000. The initial period runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with up to two further 12-month renewals and a maximum total duration of 36 months. The successful contractor will receive orders under the framework agreement and must carry out analyses in accordance with applicable standards, national analytical methods and the conditions of the French decree of 26 June 2023 concerning approval of laboratories working in the water and aquatic-environment sector. An approved laboratory is preferred. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 5 October 2026 at 16:00, and must remain valid for 180 days. Social and environmental clauses apply.
